    Important: Beebsy is a tracking tool for parents and caregivers. It is not a medical device and should not replace professional medical advice.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Beebsy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who Can Use Beebsy

Beebsy is intended for use by adults (parents, guardians, and caregivers). You must be at least 18 years old to create a family group or purchase a subscription. The App is designed to track data about infants and young children on behalf of their parents or guardians.

3. Not Medical Advice

Beebsy is a personal tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any concerns about your child's health, growth, or development. Do not make medical decisions based solely on information tracked in this App.

4. Your Account & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your family group sync code
You are responsible for all data entered into the App
Do not share your sync code with anyone you do not trust with your family's data

5. Premium Subscription

Beebsy offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("Beebsy Premium"). Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms of service: Google Play Terms · Apple EULA.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store under your account's subscriptions
Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their respective refund policies
We do not offer refunds directly — contact Google Play or Apple support for billing issues

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
Use the Family Sync feature to access another person's data without their consent
Enter false or misleading information that could harm your child's health records

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and trademarks within Beebsy are the property of Ivan Indjic. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivan Indjic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, medical decisions, or service interruptions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
